How much do hair extensions cost?

I already tried clip in hair extensions. They take too long for me to put them in every day, and They come loose, and sometimes you can see the tracks and it looks really tacky.

I don't want to get anything sewn into my hair, because needles creep me out, and I have seen girls with weaves, and sometimes their tracks are visable.

I want my hair to come down above my waist, which is about 18 inches. And I want it to look natural.

How much would hair extensions cost?

[Synthetic or human hair]

What is the best application method?

How long do they typically last?

Can I do it myself and have it look nice?

Is it cheaper to buy pre-tipped hair extensions at a beauty store, or buy the extensions at the salon at which I'm having them applied?

Thanks!

High quality human hair extensions can cost anywhere from $20-2500 and should be put on by an expert or else they will not look natural.

Well it would really depend on where you go but a cheap way would be to get them glued in this can last for a week (some even keep them in two) but you would have to be careful when you remove them or them may take out your own hair as well. You can get glue and extensions in your local hair supply store.
