Is there a weave that is wet n' curly instead of wet n' wavy?

I love the curly look but I also like the sleek look of kelly Roweland and i dont have any idea what kind of hair that is! if anyone knows pleeeze let me know! I want to know if I can have the best of both worlds! Im getting my hair done in a month please help!!!!!!Thanks

hey. kelly's new hair looks like it may be "french refined". it comes straight in the pack and once you wash it it becomes curly/wavy.. you would use a flat iron to acheive the straight look again.

i don't think. I think Kelly Rowland uses like that wavy hair that comes curled in the package already. its all curled up in a stocking in the bag. I use to buy it for ponytails. I kow that its very expensive because the package has about 1/4 of a regular pack of hair. I've never seen wet and curly weaving hair.
