Hi Girl...Im a hair stylist. You can wear them for a couple of months...take care of them and get them re-touched as you get new growth. I would tie my head when I go to bed so they don't get frizzy.

I don't think it matters how long you wear them in as long as they don't become worn out looking. I don't think there is a specific time period.

I would wear them a couple of months until the edges start to looking frizzy so therefore when it looks all messed up then get them redone.
