What are some cute short styles for hair that is not short short?

My hair is at the point where you can't really style it without cutting it or adding extensions unless you guys have any ideas!!

I don't want to cut it and I don't like weave too much!!!

i like the bob, where it's a little longer in the front than in the back.

the problem with that is you always have to style your hair, unless it' s perfectly straight.
