whats the difference on when they do streaks using that little cap thing where they pull out hair or when they do that "weave" method ? i want blonde streaks, but i dont want them too thick nor too thin. i want them .. everywhere. what do you think i should do ?
Streaks-cap or weave?
The cap works good because it goes all the way to the root...but the placement is off...you don't really know exactly where the highlights end up...ask for weaved highlights....foils

I personally don't like the cap. The streaks come out too thin and spread out everywhere. The foil method is best. You can let the stylist know where you want the blonde streaks to lay. Also, if they know what panels are, those are good too but you need to let them know you don't want them think. Hope this helps. I'd recommend the foil for what you're looking for =) Good luck!
