Olive Oil

That depends on the type of weave.

If the weave is glued, you will want to avoid oils and greases. Greases are a no-no in general because they clog your pores. Oils and greases will loosen the glue. And since a glued weave is not meant to last as long as a sewn-in weave, your hair should be okay without adding anything to it. Just moisturize before weaving.

If it's a sewn-in weave, you will want a lightweight oil that won't weigh your weave down and that won't cause build-up. Luster's make an oil spray that is pretty good. It's an oil spray, not an oil sheen. It's in a clear plastic bottle. Other oils that are good are carrot oil, jojoba oil, oilve oil (not the cooking kind, lol). You shouldn't have to apply it too often. About once or twice a week should do it.

Hope this helps.
